In the latest episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein on 24 May 2023, Virat advised Bhavani not to react as it would give someone else a chance to do so. Bhavani, on the other hand, blames Sai for their problems. Later, two staff members added alcohol to the water and got caught up in making phone calls. Amba expresses her nervousness to perform after such a long time, but Sai supports and encourages her. Lavani’s dance is suddenly cancelled, displeasing Amba but satisfying Bhavani. Sai soon finds out that Virat and Bhavani were against the dance from the start and cancel it. He confronts Virat, who denies any involvement but Satya accuses him of belittling the dance.

Sai and Satya express regret for blaming Virat and convey their apologies. Sai then spoke to the interior minister and requested that he stay behind for the dance, highlighting the cultural importance of such an event and the need for influential figures to support it. The minister was moved by Sai’s passionate appeal and agreed to extend his stay by thirty minutes. When the show is announced to the audience, Amba, along with the group and Sai, are invited to participate. Satya thanks Sai for organizing the dance and adjusting his Gajra. However, Virat watches with envy. Later, both Virat and Satya drink the water which turns out to be alcoholic, and go out for fresh air feeling hot.
As they glared at each other Virat and Satya were about to attack when they suddenly tripped and fell to the ground. In their drunken stupor, Virat and Satya taunt each other, with Virat questioning Satya’s constant presence in his life. On the other hand, Satya wonders why Virat always seems to be after him. The cousins boasted about their respective expertise in their fields. Satya admits his jealousy of Virat’s old relationship with Sai, to which Virat responds with some sadness, stating that Sai has finally chosen to be with him. Satya asks if
Sai is absolutely charming as people claim, which Virat reveals that their relationship was not based on love at first sight instead it grew with time. The minister expressed admiration for their work and praised Sai for showing him the value of preserving cultural arts. Satya reveals to Virat that Sai also married him under duress, but Virat remains sceptical. Satya explains that Sai’s motivation is not rooted in love but the desire to get rid of Virat. Their disagreement leads them to confront Sai about his true feelings for the both of them. And the episode ends here.
